Emma Ebowe is a Ph.D. candidate in government, with a secondary field in African and African American Studies at Harvard University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of feminist theory, black political thought, and public policy in the United States and the United Kingdom. Her current dissertation research focuses on the welfare state and social infrastructure. She is also working on the applied ethics of technology in machine learning and causal inference.
Ebowe holds an MA in government from Harvard University and a B.A. in political science and German studies with a minor in economics from McGill University.
